RadiciGroup and DOMO Engineered Materials are now part of a new industrial group under the ownership of Lone Star Funds. This new structure combines RadiciGroup’s High Performance Polymers and Specialty Chemicals business areas with DOMO’s engineered Materials activities, creating a broader, internationally integrated industrial group.
RadiciGroup is looking for a Legal Specialist to join the Group Legal team within the Legal & Compliance function. The role will provide legal support across the Group’s business activities, with responsibility covering both RadiciGroup and DOMO. The successful candidate will focus in particular on international contracts management, corporate governance and housekeeping, litigation and external counsels management, while supporting the business in the prevention and mitigation of legal risks and in ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, in line with the Group’s objectives. The position will report directly to the Head of Legal.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate corporate housekeeping activities for Group entities in multiple jurisdictions, including preparation, review, and organization of Board of Directors’ and Shareholders’ meetings and resolutions, corporate registrations and filings, powers of attorney and delegation of authority, with the support of local advisors where required, ensuring consistency and compliance with the Group’s corporate governance framework.
- Support legal workstreams relating to extraordinary corporate transactions, including incorporation and liquidations, mergers and acquisitions, business transfers, etc., coordinating the preparation and execution of corporate documentation and liaising with notaries and external counsels in connection with transactions implementation.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial contracts, including purchase, sale, supply, agency and distribution, NDAs, service and consultancy agreements, while supporting overall contractual activities through the standardization of contract templates and the maintenance of standard contractual clauses to ensure consistency, efficiency, and legal compliance across the business;
- Manage and supervise litigations and disputes, and commercial claims, successfully mitigating legal risks for the Company, and support the preparation of legal case files and the collection of related documentation, coordinating and interfacing with external law firms;
- Provide day-to-day legal support on civil and commercial matters to internal stakeholders across various business functions, preparing legal memos and risk assessments to enable informed decision-making and effective dispute resolution.
- Act as a proactive legal business partner, interfacing with Group functions to prevent and mitigate legal risks and ensure that the business activities are conducted in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies
Skills and Competences
- Solid understanding of corporate law principles and governance processes
- Experience in drafting and reviewing multi-jurisdiction corporate documentation
- Experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts in international contexts
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with different stakeholders and external partners
Qualification
- University Degree in Law
- Previous experience (5+ years) in commercial law management, gained within large and well-structured law firms and/or in multinational corporate environments.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Salary range for the position: 45.000 - 65.000 € (the salary will be commensurate with experience and seniority)
