RadiciGroup and DOMO Engineered Materials are now part of a new industrial group under the ownership of Lone Star Funds. This new structure combines RadiciGroup’s High Performance Polymers and Specialty Chemicals business areas with DOMO’s engineered Materials activities, creating a broader, internationally integrated industrial group.
The Group is looking for a Compliance Specialist, reporting to the Compliance Manager and operating within the Group Legal & Compliance function. The role supports the Group in ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, internal policies, and ethical standards, contributing to risk prevention and the continuous improvement of compliance processes. The scope of responsibility will cover both Radici and DOMO entities within the Group perimeter.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze local and international regulations, assessing their impact on the organization, group products, and systems;
- Identify compliance gaps and conduct impact analyses to evaluate the effectiveness of solutions, implementing process improvements to mitigate legal and reputational risks;
- Manage non-compliance risks using a preventive and risk-based approach, focusing on key regulatory frameworks (e.g., Privacy & Data Protection, NIS2, Corporate Administrative Liability - D.Lgs. 231/01, Whistleblowing, Anti-Corruption, and AML), while ensuring adherence, operational effectiveness, and full compliance with all applicable provisions;
- Support the definition, drafting, and updating of corporate policies, procedures, operating instructions, and codes of conduct;
- Collaborate in the maintenance of integrated compliance management systems (including GDPR/Data Privacy);
- Support the management of whistleblowing reports and coordinate internal investigations in a confidential and structured manner;
- Prepare periodic compliance reports and KPIs for the Compliance Manager, senior management, and corporate control bodies.
Skills and Competences
- Knowledge of key regulations (e.g. GDPR, Legislative Decree 231/01, anti-corruption, Sanctions)
- expertise in global and multi-national compliance frameworks
- Ability to analyse risks and processes
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Qualification
- Degree in Law, Economics, Political Science or related fields
- 5 years of experience in compliance, audit or risk management roles, preferably in structured or multinational environments
- Excellent written and spoken English
Office Location: Bergamo (Radici Novacips SpA)
Smart Working: 1day/week
Salary range for the position: 45.000 - 65.000 € (the salary will be commensurate with experience and seniority)
